The Cambridge Centre for Sixth-form Studies (CCSS) is an independent sixth-form college for boarding and day students aged 15 to 21. The college owns teaching and residential accommodation in the centre of Cambridge.

History

The college was founded in 1980.

Membership

CCSS is a member of: the Independent Schools' Council (ISC), the Independent Schools' Association (ISA), the Boarding Schools Association (BSA), the Association for the Education and Guardianship of International Students (AEGIS), and the Council for Independent Education (CIFE)

Stuart Nicholson is currently Chairman-Elect of the ISA^[1] and a member of the Executive Council.^[2]
