Christopher James Michael Allen (born January 13, 1985) known professionally as C.J. Allen is a Canadian-born entrepreneur, creative director, magazine editor,[1] talent scout and talent competition judge.[2] He is recognized as the creator, executive producer and judge[3] for South Korea's first all-English talent competition, Top Talent Korea[4] and Canadian vocal talent search The Shot.
