Broadwater Development
Broadwater Development is a casino holding company that is privately owned by Roy Anderson III, Cotton Fore, and Dezer Development Group.
History
On January 20, 2005 won a bid for the President Casino Broadwater Resort for $82 million in a bankruptcy action.[1]
In February 2006, the company announced plans for the 261 acres (106 ha) that in controls including 248 acres (100 ha) it acquired in 2005. The plans included up to 10,000 hotel rooms and condominiums.[2]
Foxwoods Development abandoned plans to purchase 15 acres (6.1 ha) of land from Broadwater for a casino on April 26, 2006.
Operations
Owns 266 acres (108 ha) around Biloxi, Mississippi.
