Boulengerula fischeri is a species of amphibian in the Caeciliidae family. It is endemic to Rwanda where it is only known from around its type locality near Cyangugu, southwestern Rwanda.[2] Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. Aside from possibly occurring in Nyungwe Forest, nothing else is known about the species.[1]
