Boban Apostolov (Macedonian: Бобан Апостолов, born 1984) is a Macedonian Composer, songwriter, arranger, record producer, and Sound Engineer.

Biography

Boban Apostolov was born in 1984[1] in Republic of Macedonia. At the age of six, he began to play violin in the music school Ilija Nikolovski – Luj,[2] continued his studies at the Music High school, Music Academy[3] in Skopje and Berklee College of Music[4] in Boston as Specialist Studio Production.

2009–2014 He was a part as production manager, pro tools and sound engineer in F.A.M.E'S Project[5] – Orchestral Music Recording and Production company, specializing in Film, Television, Documentary, Video games, and Publishing.

Since 2000 he composed, arranged, record, mixed and produced in his own Recording Studio for artists such as Nina Janeva,[6] Gorgi Krstevski,[7] Sanja Lefkova, Dimitar Andonovski, Kiril Dzajkovski, Tanja Carovska, Marija Arsovska, Daniel Kajmakoski, Emil Arsov, Darko Ilievski,[8] Smut, Igor Mitrovic,[9] Shpat Kasapi,[10] Lila Stojanovska, Toni Zen,[11] Deana Nikolovska, Emilija Gievska, Valon Suma.

His songs participated in many pop music festivals such as MakFest, Skopje Fest, Ohrid Fest, Nota Fest, Croatian Radio Festival,the Cesme Festival in Turkey, Kënga Magjike, Top-Fest in Albania, Srebrena Jantra in Bulgaria,BYF Festival in Bulgaria, and many more.

Some of the project's he was involved in recording orchestral music for movies are: Hostel: Part III, Camus, Keryti,[12] Zwart Water, Omaggio a Roma[13] (casting Monica Bellucci), Ana Winter, Hostel 3, Marea de Arena, 2033, La Commanderie, Joseph et sa fille, Les colts de l'or noi, Sound of Noise, The Lost Medallion, and many more titles for productions like TF1, EMI Music, Universal, Canal+, National Geographic.

Boban is a founder of Loops Lab Media,[14] Company specialized for creating professional Music Samples, Loops, Drum Kits, Construction Kits, and Stock Music

Since 2014 he is a Voting Member of the Grammy awards.
