Bezuchov is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.96 square kilometres (1.53 sq mi), and has a population of 183 (as at 3 July 2006).
Bezuchov lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Přerov, 30 km (19 mi) south-east of Olomouc, and 240 km (149 mi) east of Prague.
