Bergljot Håkonsdatter
Bergljot Håkonsdatter (born before 990, d. after 1050) was a Norwegian noble. She was the daughter of Haakon Sigurdsson, married Einar Thambarskelfir in a political marriage in 1000 and became the mother of Eindride Einarsson. When her spouse and son was killed by king Harald Hardrada in 1050, she raised an army and attacked the royal estate to kill the king as vengeance, but by then he had already fled.
