1930 Central American and Caribbean Games
The 2nd Central American and Caribbean Games were held in Havana in Cuba from March 15 to April 5, 1930. The sports festival featured 606 athletes from nine countries (Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, and Puerto Rico), competing in ten sports. Women participated for the first time in this second edition. Football (soccer) was added.
