Bar Louie is a contemporary casual dining bar and restaurant chain in the United States, which was founded in 1991.[1][2] As of May 2016 there were approximately 70 locations, many of which can be commonly found in shopping malls and hotels. Bar Louie is headquartered in Addison, Texas and John Neitzel is the company's Chief Executive Officer. Sun Capital Partners is a major investor in the company dating back to June 2010.[3]

Bar Louie's Expansion

Founded in 1991, Bar Louie is now experiencing rapid growth with plans to add over 100 new corporate and 100 new franchised locations in the next five years. The company is seeking experienced multi-unit operators to help expand the brand to communities across the U.S. Franchisees benefit from a $2.5 million average unit volume, 2-to-1 sales to investment ratio, industry high average gross profit margin, flexible location and design options, and a wide, affluent demographic appeal.[4]
