Bakrani (Sindhi: باڪراڻي) is a town in Larkana District, Sindh province of Pakistan. This town is situated at a distance of 12 km south of Larkana city on the Larkana–Mohenjo-daro road. It has an altitude of 53 metres[1] and is the headquarters of Bakrani Taluka.
There are girls and boys primary and high schools in the town. There is a basic health unit to provide health facilities to the people of town. There is a PTCL exchange which provides telephone connections to Bakrani and also neighbouring villages. There is a main bazaar and a vegetable market in the centre of the town. There is also a rice mill and ice factory in the town.[2]
Tunio caste is the largest here and others are Memon, Kalhora,brohi, Shaikh and Unar.
