BKF University of Applied Sciences is the largest private University in Hungary. The institution has more than 6000 students from all over the world.

History
The university was established in 2000, with state accreditation. Education began a year later with 126 students in the fields of Communication and Business Communication. The first graduation ceremony was held in 2005. After Heller Farkas College of Economics and Tourism merged into BKF in 2009, the number of students exceeded 6000. Besides the main campus, in 2010 the Rózsa Street campus opened its gates for art, tourism and catering students.[2]
