History
Armenia Aircompany was founded on 25 November 2015 by Tamaz Gaishvili and Robert Hovhannisyan.[1] Gaishvili has 25% ownership of the company, Robert Hovhannisyan has 24% ownership and Ashot Torosyan has 51% ownership.
