Amba is a medium size village located in Mayureswar - I of Birbhum district, West Bengal. And it is proposed to merged with Mollarpur.

Amba village ("আম্বা") is a village ( now ward / para) of Mollarpur. Amba is a mouza also. Here a primary school, an anganwari centre at Amba. It is Mollarpur III/XII.[1] There is a "Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram Hostel" near Amba at mollarpur beside Ramkrishna ashram.[2]
