Alice Moran (born August 2, 1988) is a Canadian actor and writer from Toronto, Ontario.[1] Currently she is starring as various characters in the Canadian sketch comedy television series Sunnyside.[2]
Moran was first hired by The Second City at the age of 18, as member of their educational company and later national touring company.[3] With Second City, she created several videos for their YouTube channel, including "Hogwarts: Which House are you?". The short garnered her national attention[4][5][6] and was featured in CollegeHumor's 2011 Year in Funny.[7] At the age of 23, she left The Second City and began working as a writer and performer for Mills Entertainment in Spank! The Fifty Shades Parody.[8][9]
On March 13, 2016 she won a Canadian Screen Award with the cast of Sunnyside in the category of Best Performance in a Variety or Sketch Comedy Program or Series.
