Alfred Daniel Hall
Sir Alfred Daniel Hall, FRS,[1] sometimes known as Sir Daniel Hall (22 June 1864 - 5 July 1942) was a British agricultural educationist and researcher.[2]
He was born in Rochdale, Lancashire. He was principal of Wye College and director of Rothamsted Experimental Station. He was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1909[1] and made KCB in 1918.
