Albert Chao

Albert Chao is an American chemical industry executive. With his father, TT Chao, and brother James, he founded in 1986 Westlake Chemical, the largest manufacturer of low-density polyethylene in the US.[1] The Bloomberg Billionaires Index pegged his wealth in 2012 to be at least $1.4 billion.[1]
