Aislaby (/ˈeɪzəlbi/ AYZ-əl-bi) is a village and civil parish in the Scarborough district of North Yorkshire, England. It is situated near the town of Whitby.

According to the 2011 UK census, Aislaby parish had a population of 243,[1] a reduction on the 2001 UK census figure of 280.[2]

There are two other Aislabys nearby – one near Pickering and another to the west of Stockton-on-Tees. All three place-names are derived from Viking Old Norse "Aslakr's farm".
