Ahmed Abdul Rahim Al Attar Tower is a supertall skyscraper[2] in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is located on Sheikh Zayed Road. It is the 11th tallest building in Dubai[3] and one of the one hundred tallest buildings in the world.[4]
This property has been under construction since 2004 with no completion on date on horizon. The owner is Ahmed Abdulrahim Al Attar Properties. Al Attar Properties has been marketing and selling many projects in Dubai in the past decade; however, they have not competed or in most cases started the projects. Some of their development project such as Toronto Tower and Vancouver Tower were recently cancelled by RERA. They have been subject of many lawsuits by disgruntled investors.

Use
The skyscraper is used as an office and a hotel.[5]
