Adit & Sopo Jarwo

Adit Sopo Jarwo is an Indonesian animated children's series of shorts films that was released on January 27, 2014 and broadcast on MNCTV. The film was produced by MD Animation.^[1][2] In addition on MNCTV, the series has also had aired on Global TV.

Storyline

The story of the friendship between Adit, Dennis, Mitha, Ucup, Devi as well as the life of the tiny colored Adelya unexpected adventures. Adit role as a driving force, motivator, also the inspiration for his companions to pass the days in reaching the dream in the future.

However, the ride was not as smooth highway. They have to deal with the duo who are always looking for loopholes to profit without effort, Sopo and Jarwo. Differences in ideology or worldview are the main ingredients that trigger the eternal enmity between Adit and Sopo Jarwo.

But the enmity of both is not physically or emotionally. Lucky among them were Mr Haji Udin, RW, who has served for a dozen years. Wise figure to mediate between Sopo Jarwo and Adit. Sage advice that is delivered with a light and straightforward able to restore a rowdy atmosphere became calm.

Awards and nominations

The animated series were receiving six nominations in any awards ceremonies, such as Nickelodeon Indonesia Kids' Choice Awards for Favorite Cartoon and Panasonic Gobel Awards for Favorite Children & Animation Program. In 2014, Adit & Sopo Jarwo episodes "Ojek Payung Bikin Bingung" winning Best Short Films at the 2014 Anti Corruption Film Festival and nominated for Best Animation Film at the 2014 Indonesian Film Festival.
