Acria emarginella is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Donovan in 1804.[1] It is found in China (Henan, Sichuan, Tianjin, Zhejiang), Sri Lanka, India and Japan.[2]

The wingspan is 19-23 mm.[3]
