Acantopsis is a genus of loaches[1] in the Family Cobitidae.

There are currently four recognized species in this genus:[2]
- Acantopsis choirorhynchos Bleeker, 1854 (it is recognized now as Acantopsis dialuzona)[3]
- Acantopsis dialuzona van Hasselt, 1823
- Acantopsis octoactinotos Siebert, 1991
- Acantopsis spectabilis (Blyth, 1860)
- Acantopsis thiemmedhi Sontirat, 1999
