67th (South Hampshire) Regiment of Foot
The 67th (South Hampshire) Regiment of Foot was a line infantry regiment of the British Army, formed in 1758 and amalgamated into the Hampshire Regiment (later the Royal Hampshire Regiment) in 1881.
The regiment was raised by the redesignation of the 2nd Battalion, 20th Regiment of Foot in April 1758, ranked as the 67th Regiment of Foot. In 1782 they took a county title as the 67th (South Hampshire) Regiment of Foot.
In 1803 a 2nd battalion was raised and disbanded in 1817.
