The 2010 Football League Two play-off Final was a football match that was played at Wembley Stadium on 30 May 2010, at the end of the 2009–10 season. The match determined the fourth and final team to gain promotion from the League Two to the League One, and was contested by Rotherham United and Dagenham & Redbridge. Dagenham & Redbridge won the play-off final 3-2.

Route to the final

Rotherham United reached the final after beating Aldershot Town 3-0 on aggregate in their semi-final. Already 1-0 up after the away leg, The Millers won the home tie 2-0 and with it booked their place at Wembley. Dagenham & Redbridge secured their spot with an emphatic 6-0 victory, at home, in the first leg of their semi-final with Morecambe, eventually winning the tie 7-2 on aggregate.
