The 2000 Skate Israel was the Skate Israel competition for the 2000-2001 figure skating season. It was the 6th edition of Skate Israel to be held. Skate Israel is a senior-level international figure skating competition held in Israel. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles and ice dancing.
The 2000 Skate Israel was held in the Canada Centre in Metulla.
