1999 Davis Cup Americas Zone Group IV

The Group IV tournament was held March 8-14, in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, on hard courts. The seven teams played a round-robin tournament, and the top two finishers were promoted to Group III for 2000.[1]
