1100 Grand Concourse is a co-operative apartment building located in the Grand Concourse neighborhood of The Bronx, New York. It was built in 1928 and was originally called the John Ericsson Building; John Ericsson's name can still be found in several parts of the structure. It has been considered by The New York Times as one of the most prominent residential buildings in the Bronx.[2]
The building is part of the Grand Concourse Historic District.[1]
